Client agrees to TOS (Terms of Service) upon commissioning the artist.
Any violation of TOS may result in permanent blacklisting.
Terms of Service
Client must supply reasonable references after commission request. Commission requests with client-provided references created via generative AI will be declined. Artist has the right to decline commission requests for any reason.
Upon commission request, client is aware of the art style of the artist and accepts the commissioned art will be within that art style.
Commission pricing will be reasonably communicated and agreed upon between the artist and client prior to payment. Client agrees at time of payment, commission price is non-negotiable and will be paid in full.
If client desires changes to the artwork that would require additional payment as shown in the artist commission prices, the client agrees to pay the additional fee before the change is made.
The commission price is non-refundable except:- Artist has not made a reasonable attempt to communicate with client after 60 days of no communication via available communication methods.- Artist has unilaterally decided they cannot complete the commission for any reason.TOS may be updated at any time at artist's discretion.
Final decision of application of TOS is up to artist.
